About Us

Advance Insight (founded in 2021) is an internationally recognised Odoo Gold Partner and was awarded Best Partner Africa in November 2023. We support African SMEs (small and medium enterprises)with their digital transformation. How? By implementing the Odoo ERP system and by customising it to our clients’ needs.

We are currently a team of 12 skilled Odoo consultants and developers. We prefer to work for clients in high-impact sectors, such as agriculture, circular economy, e-mobility and health. In less than three years, we have grown our portfolio to 40+ clients in 15 countries, including Kenya, Rwanda, Uganda, Tanzania, Zambia, and Ghana.

We intend to double in size over the next twelve months and seek a Technical Sales Consultant to enhance the growth of our client base and project pipeline. You will work alongside and report to the director(s).

Here's what we're hoping to find in you

Are you a gifted sales professional with a mastery of Odoo or other ERP systems and a natural talent for closing deals? Can you translate complex system requirements into simple solutions and build long-lasting relationships with our clients? Do you love - and excel at - writing clear, concise and effective client proposals?

Here is what we are hoping to find in you:

  • You have a keen eye for opportunities. You do not need a sales plan or strategy to know what needs to be done; you understand how to build a healthy pipeline.
  • You have a strong technical foundation. You understand your clients' needs and know how to convince them with technical arguments, tailored product demos, and high-quality solutions.
  • You have a manager of one mentality. You know how to structure your work, manage limited time, choose priorities wisely and work towards tangible results daily.
  • You build long-term relationships. You are that person that people never forget to invite to their party.
  • You are an excellent communicator. You can read between the lines, and you know when to listen. Your English is perfect, both written and spoken.
