HOW WE WORK

OUR APPROACH.

Four phases. Fixed budgets wherever possible. Written scope before anyone touches a database. Here's how we run an Odoo project.

The engagement

The payoff

Why this approach?

REDUCED RISK

Scope-first means no surprises. You know the budget, the plan and the team before any build work starts.

SENIOR-LED SCOPING

Senior consultants interview every key user. The system we design reflects how your business actually runs.

PREDICTABLE COSTS

Fixed fees on scoping and implementation. You can plan the spend the same way you plan any capital project.

LONG-TERM PARTNERSHIP

The same consultants who scoped and built the system stay with you through aftercare and future releases.

FAQ

Common questions.

The same five questions come up on almost every first call. Here are the short answers.

Ask us something else →
01 How much does an Odoo implementation cost?

Scoping is the only way we give accurate numbers, because every business is different. As a guide, most of the implementations we ship land between €25,000 and €60,000. Scoping-only engagements start at €3,000.

02 Why do you charge for scoping?

Scoping is real work. You get a written scope report covering data model, modules, integrations, migration plan and training, plus a fixed budget for the build. It's what protects the project from scope creep later.

03 What if we already have Odoo?

About a third of our work is taking over Odoo instances that another partner implemented. We start with a health check of the database, custom code and processes. Most of the time it's salvageable. When it isn't, we'll say so and lay out what a clean rebuild would cost against continued patching.

04 What's included in the 3-month warranty?

For the first three months after go-live we fix any bugs we introduced at no extra cost, and we run scheduled health checks on the live system. After the three months you can keep us on a monthly support retainer, or step away and call us when you need us.

05 What's your typical client size and industry mix?

Our clients range from five-person teams to businesses with several hundred staff, across nine industries. The common denominator is that they operate in African markets, where the local tax, payments and compliance detail matters. Our process is the same regardless of size: scope first, build second, stay for the long run.

Scoping starts on site. We learn how the operation runs before we design the Odoo setup around it.
