eBee: electric bikes for last-mile delivery, Nairobi to Kampala.

eBee builds affordable electric bicycles for delivery riders working with Uber, Glovo and Leta. Co-founded by Isidoor Maljers, the company has been running on Odoo since July 2022, its first month in business. We customised asset tracking by bike serial number, and built a rider-payout flow that ingests CSVs from every delivery platform and pays variable salaries in bulk, straight from Odoo.

Mr Green Africa: recycling plastic at the scale of the informal sector.

Mr Green Africa pays informal waste pickers a fair price for the plastic they collect, then sorts, processes and sells recycled material back to brands like Unilever. Before Odoo, multiple disconnected systems handled sourcing, finance and HR, and the gaps between them slowed everything down. We rolled out Odoo across the entire value chain, including sourcing, supplier payouts, quality control and financial reporting.

Shujaaz: reaching eight million young Kenyans, paid in minutes.

Shujaaz is a B Corp and a two-time International Emmy winner. Their grassroots network runs deep: 3,000 local distributors and more than 300 WaCurious community researchers feeding back from villages across Kenya. The whole operation used to live in spreadsheets. We rebuilt it as a single Odoo source of truth: omnichannel CRM with WhatsApp, SMS and email integrated; e-learning to train researchers; KOBO field forms wired into the database; and M-Pesa paying researchers automatically the moment a submission is verified.
