This policy explains what personal information Advance Insight ("we", "us", "our") collects through this website, how we use it, and the rights you have. We are an Odoo implementation partner with our head office in Nairobi, Kenya, and a European desk in Arnhem, the Netherlands. Information we collect

• Information you give us. When you submit the contact form we collect your name, email address, and (optionally) your phone number and organisation, the subject you select, and the message you write.
• Technical and usage information. Like most websites, our servers and analytics tools record information such as your IP address, browser type, pages viewed, and referring page.
• Cookies and similar technologies. We use cookies and tags to operate the site and to understand how it is used (see "Cookies and analytics" below).

How we use your information

• To respond to your enquiry and provide the scoping, implementation, development or support services you ask about.
• To operate, secure, maintain and improve this website.
• To measure the performance of our marketing, including search and paid advertising campaigns.
• To comply with our legal and regulatory obligations.

Cookies and analytics

We may use Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager to understand site usage, and conversion tags from Google Ads, Meta and LinkedIn to measure advertising performance. These tools may set cookies and collect usage data through your browser. Where the law requires it, we ask for your consent before setting non-essential cookies, and you can control or block cookies through your browser settings.

Legal basis for processing

Where the EU/UK GDPR applies, we rely on your consent (for non-essential cookies and marketing), our legitimate interests (to run and improve our business and respond to enquiries), and the steps necessary to enter into or perform a contract with you. Where the Kenya Data Protection Act, 2019 applies, we process your data on equivalent lawful bases.

How we share information

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers who help us run the site and our business, such as our hosting and software platform (Odoo) and the analytics and advertising providers named above, and with authorities where we are legally required to. These providers process your data on our instructions.

International transfers

Because we operate in Kenya and the Netherlands and use international service providers, your information may be processed outside your country. Where required, we put appropriate safeguards in place for such transfers.

How long we keep it

We keep contact-form submissions for as long as needed to handle your enquiry and our ongoing relationship, and for a reasonable period afterwards to meet legal and business requirements, after which we delete or anonymise them.

Your rights

Subject to applicable law, you may request access to the personal data we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, object to or restrict its processing, or withdraw consent you have given. To exercise any of these rights, email hello@advanceinsight.dev. You also have the right to complain to your local data protection authority.

Security

We take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date above.
