Yes. Billable time logged against a task or project rolls into an invoice, so the hours people record are the hours you bill, with nothing lost between the spreadsheet and the accounts.
02 Does it show project profitability?
Yes. Odoo compares the time and expenses booked to a project against what was sold, so you can see margin per project and per client rather than finding out at year end.
03 Can it handle retainers and recurring billing?
Yes. Recurring contracts bill on a schedule, milestone-based work invoices on delivery, and revenue can be recognised over the contract period rather than all at once.
04 Is there a client portal?
Yes. Clients get a portal to see quotations, tasks, invoices and documents, which cuts the back-and-forth email and gives them a single place to approve and pay.
05 Does it put eTIMS on service invoices?
Yes. We connect Odoo to KRA eTIMS so service invoices and credit notes are transmitted to the tax authority, and to URA EFRIS and RRA EBM in the neighbouring markets.
